Computer Aided Design / Structural Analysis

The pathway towards the digitization of manufacturing drives through the utilization of specialized software tools that aim to support the fabrication process in every step of the chain: concept development, design, simulation, tuning, prototyping, testing, batch production.

ADRINE offers Computer Aided Design (CAD) services for individual parts, components, assemblies, or even industrial processes, by using acknowledged 2D/3D drafting software. The CAD design procedure is a vital link of the final product value chain, whilst it can be realized in several formats, such as simple 2D drafting, complete constructional drawings, 3D representations, or even photorealistic renderings, depending on the project.

Upon completion of the CAD stage, structural analysis of the design product (by also using dedicated software) via finite element methods, can provide an accurate idea on the expected strengths and weaknesses and give feedback for any additional re-design or tuning steps. The simulation of the performance under various mechanical, thermal, electrical and/or fluid stress fields minimizes the material waste and human efforts for real-life experimentation.

The implementation of the digital tools for design and simulation is caried out by experienced engineers, while in combination with the in-house prototyping capabilities via additive manufacturing, the company can offer integrated solutions for the manufacturing sector.
